Harvest

Transportation

It is recommended that the product that has been packed be delivered to the destination as soon as possible. In transportation should not be mixed with the goods prohibited for organic crop.

Tools

Equipment used must be free of contamination from chemicals. Equipment should be treated and kept properly. Need a book of equipment maintenance. Calibrate equipment periodically. May not use the used tools of materials prohibited for organic crop.

Products storage

Product storage must be separated in a closed room. The room used should have an air conditioner and the facilities of relative humidity. Storage of organic products should not be mixed with forbidden materials.

Fertilizer storage

Organic fertilizer storage should be separate from production. Arrival and departure time should be FIFO, and strictly recorded. To maintain the continuity of business, the stock of organic fertilizers can not be empty.

Standards of quality

Must have a clear standard of quality for each type of plant products. If there’s an unclear standard of quality, the manufacturer can made it by themself. Standards of quality can not be changed.

Conservation

Each step in the organic plantation, must have efforts to conserve the environment. Any innovation should refer to the preservation of the environment. May not disrupt or negatively impact the environment.

Labor

Workers must meet the applicable employment laws. Workers are recommended to have the expertise, skills and adequate competence, and should be separated apart.

Environmental sanitation

Must provide a place to wash vegetables, and a clean toilet. Conducting environmental sanitation intensively and consistently. In the conduct of sanitation may not be disrupt the environment.

Certification

For export activities, there must be certification. Certification should be made to increase consumer trust. Although the certificate has been published, production of labeled organic can not be filled by non-organic ones.

Complaint form

Must be prepared at each sales point, or listed address, phone or device that receives complaints. Complaints must be handled soon. Consumers are allowed to see directly the process of planting crops organically at any time. Can not be refused if there is a visit or inspection from the outside who want to see directly to the field.
